Motorcycle carrier panel van: SMV ALU-Star 150 for Fiat Ducato, Jumper & Boxer – transport your scooter safely

The motorcycle carrier ALU-Star 150 is a vehicle-specific rear bike rack for panel vans that transports scooters and lightweight motorcycles up to 150 kg safely at the rear of the vehicle. The load carrier is precision-fitted for Fiat Ducato, Citroën Jumper and Peugeot Boxer from year of construction 06/2006 onwards and is mounted to the chassis via vehicle-specific mounting points. An integrated loading ramp allows the two-wheeler to be rolled onto the ribbed load surface at ground level – ideal for taking your two-wheeler along without a trailer.

Technical features

• Load capacity: up to 150 kg payload – the permissible axle load and chassis payload of the panel van must always be observed.
• Width: approx. 200 cm overall width with a ribbed load surface approx. 40 cm deep for a secure footing of the wheel.
• Material: robust combination of steel and aluminium, hot-dip galvanised for long-lasting corrosion protection.
• Dead weight: approx. 45 kg – a comparatively lightweight carrier that places minimal load on the chassis payload.
• Mounting depth: approx. 66 cm from the rear panel – compact design close to the rear of the vehicle.
• Approval: approved in accordance with EC type approval.

Compatibility

The ALU-Star 150 is designed specifically for the panel van model ranges of Fiat Ducato (X250/X290), Citroën Jumper and Peugeot Boxer from year of construction 06/2006 to the present day:

• Fiat Ducato X250 / X290 (panel van, from 06/2006)
• Citroën Jumper (panel van, from 06/2006)
• Peugeot Boxer (panel van, from 06/2006)

A vehicle-specific wiring kit is required to connect the rear lights, selected according to the year of construction (e.g. from 06/2006, from 02/2011 or Series 8 from 07/2021). Not suitable for: pure chassis/cab body conversions without a continuous rear panel, or other vehicle makes.

What is included in the scope of delivery? The ALU-Star 150 is supplied with vehicle-specific mounting elements, light carrier, loading ramp and stand rail as well as retaining brackets – available with installation service through our authorised dealer network.
