The entry step for Mercedes Sprinter and VW Crafter is a vehicle-specific auxiliary entry step that makes entering and exiting at the driver and passenger door noticeably easier. The considerable entry height of the standard cab presents a daily obstacle, particularly in motorhomes and panel vans. With the PACKonzept entry step set, the entry height is halved from approximately 46 cm to around 23 cm – reducing it to an ergonomically comfortable step height.

Installation

What is required for installation? The entry step set is bolted firmly to the vehicle sill using the vehicle-specific stainless steel brackets. A full-colour illustrated fitting guide and a precision drilling template are included in the scope of delivery, facilitating the correct positioning of the drill holes.

Compatibility

The entry step is compatible with the standard cab of the following base vehicles and equivalent models:

• Mercedes-Benz Sprinter W906 (04/2006 – 2018), panel van
• VW Crafter Generation 1 (2006 – 11/2016), panel van

Suitable for motorhomes based on these vehicles – including semi-integrated motorhomes, overcab models, campervans, and converted panel vans.
